Angry Disappointed By Tumri's Support

Until now, Tumri still hasn't paid me for September's earnings. They usually send the payment 19th-26th of the month. Yes, they've paid me a couple of $3k payments but now it's already Dec. 7 but still NO payment for the month of September which was ages ago.

To make things worse, I get no response from Tumri support since Nov. 29th. The last email I received from Jason Ng was:

Hi Alex,

I apologize for the delay. We are currently reviewing the payments.

I will send you a note when the payment is processed.

Jason

I've been emailing all of Tumri's support emails, etc.

After that, I got no email responses whatsoever. This is no joke as I've already accumulated $10k+ for september, $21k+ for October, and $25k+ for November. I dunno what to do at this point. I mean hell that's a lot of money and months of very hard work.

I mean they can always email me with even a small bit of info before i become obnoxious and suicidal.

Can somebody please help me? Aparna can't do much since she's assigned to a different dept i believe, and can barely answer me via ym.

Thanks so much.

Have you tried calling them? Start with any numbers you have from the AM team and then go through all the numbers listed on the site and any whois / linked in contact info until you get through to the person you need to speak to.

It is a sad state of affairs now that many large businesses think the way to do business is to not reply to people, it can be very frustrating, especially for those of us who live outside the USA.

Cheers

Chris

Alex, so sorry for the frustrating situation you are in.

They are no longer a 5 Star program, we parted ways several months
ago, if they were I would have some leverage.

I'll contact the person I used to work with who was Director of publisher relations
and alert him to this thread. Maybe that will help.

Non-communication has aggravated your problem and communication is the only answer in this situation. Try every means to communicate with Tumri. You can ring, email and personally visit their office to communicate.

Thanks for all the replies especially Linda, always here for us.

At this point I dunno what to do.

I'm a publisher from the Philippines. I can't believe they never emailed me since Dec. 29. No replies whatsoever. I tried to contact every possible way but no response.

Anyone else out there hope you can help me.

They said they are having trouble with payments, that's why it's delayed.

Received an email again from Jason Ng:

Hi Alex,

Jeff Allums, Head of Network Operations, will be contacting you shortly; tomorrow at the latest.

Thank you for your continued patience.

Jason

Anyone here personally know these people @ Tumri? Their main office address is:

1975 W. El Camino Real
Suite #304
Mountain View, CA 94040

If only I'm in the US I would of course go there by foot.

If network operations is going to contact you, sounds like it could be an issue of them needed to audit for traffic quality or fraud or something. Or maybe a tracking problem??? Only guessing but those are the main reasons I would think that they would have the Head of Network Operations contact a publisher.

They were a client of mine for several months and I helped them with their initial launch. I don't take on clients unless I believe they are high integrity and I have no reason to believe they are not. The 2 people I initially worked with were really good people and pretty high profile - one of them used to be with CJ. Not sure if things have changed since then though.

If it was about traffic quality, then they should have told me wayy back and would have removed their ads months ago without accumulating tens of thousands of dollars. Doubt it's about "fraud" I mean duh my site is one of the most popular sites out there with 200k+ uniques everyday. Mostly returning visitors and search engine traffic.

I don't do any of that crap, since I also use Adsense. You know how Adsense deals with fraudulent sites much more than Tumri. We all know that.

The problem is that my account/ads are still showing and earning $1k/day and never received an email about it. I can't just guess around what's up with them, they never explained a bit of info to me. Is it so hard to send an email of explanation?

That was still my September earnings, more than enough time to audit traffic, etc.

Also, it seems very hard for them to email me, I had to send 10 emails to receive 1 email. And no, I don't bash/say rude things when I contact them. I always say it in a professional and respectful way.

I hate to bring up the old thread but was there resolution to this issue?

I am looking to implement a site with Tumri but if their business practice is not reputable, I rather skip and go with someone else.
