More e-commerce sites are seeing the value of customer reviews and user-generated content, both of which are key factors in converting visitors to customers. Are you offering customer reviews? According to a new study from The E-tailing Group, more than half of all merchants surveyed said they are offering customer reviews as a way to improve the user experience and generate more sales. Doing so, the merchants report, builds customer loyalty, drives sales and gives them a competitive advantage over sites that aren't on board with letting customers have their say.
