This was a program I found here, and even though I barely promoted it, it did pay out a bit, but it's ending today...

Due to circumstances out of MortgageRates4Less' control, it is with a heavy heart that I must announce the closing of our affiliate program effective January 23rd, 2006.

Anybody know of a good replacement for this one?
