help need usa targeted ppc

hey all am pretty new to seo and ppc as have always paid a company to handle this side of my website.

Tho my query is am trying to save costs as the company not mentioning any names that handles my ppc take a fee now I would rather use the fee that am paying them and use it directly for ppc.

Does anyone know of specifically targeted ppc sites ie google targeted to the us and canada.
