Started off as two landing pages for PPC, but I decided to make a home page when I made a deal with someone to submit my site to 4000 web engines/blogs/etc.

It's not clear within a few seconds what it's about or what it wants me to do.

Landing pages require a very clear indication of topic and an obvious call to action.

Well the link I showed wasn't the landing page, but the main page. One of the actual landing pages is

I assume that some sort of organization or hierarchy is coming? When I get there it seems like the topic (product reviews) is extremely general. There is nothing to filter down by i.e. Health -> Tinnitus, or Electronics -> CD Players.

You need to make it more clear from the get go what the site is about.
