Mark, nice looking lens, but could be a little less product oriented and a little more solution oriented - explain how you can help small business owners solve their problems, rather than just listing products that can help them. Your marketing report could be the centerpiece of the lens.

Thanks for the great advice Kris, it makes complete sense!

I actually made this lens specifically for this forum because I wanted to see the quality of responses I would get. Sure it took a while to get a response but you at least provided wonderful advice!

I will definitely be taking that into consideration for the editions I will perform to the lens!
