I agree, too many ads at the top, tell me something good, then ask my to buy something.

I think it's a nice one. Try to give it more life by adding some relevant pictures here and there, maybe even videos that can help.
also, I don't like your simple blue background. I think you sdhould find a nice piece of graphic (without animation) to be there instead of the boring blue.

I think the adsense fits nicely to the site, but well... I'm REALLY no adsense expert. so far I made soo little with it in my pages...

Get rid of the adsense, at least in the portions that you have it. You have some decent content written that I would not waste with adsense clicks. I can think of at least a couple of products that I would promote instead.

Also, your opt in list is buried.... by adsense. That Opt in list should be above the fold. The only things above the fold on that page is the adsense ads.

Otherwise things look pretty good.

Wow, thanks for the input. I havent been here in a while and I am going to start coming back. Yeah, I got rid of the Adsense totally and put the Optin Form in more prominently !! I am promoting a good product with a 10 Message Follow up in the optin email. We will see how it goes.

I would suggest either a logo or header image. Looks kinda bland to me. I had a look at your meta tags and density and find they could use some work. Since your site is about learning Spanish I would create a meta description using those keywords. You need a keyword tag too. Here is the data I found on your keyword density for "Learning Spanish":
