I buid a new directory submission website. I want to improve its look and traffic. Please review my site and give me suggestion for its improvement.

Looks like normal web direcrories. I terms of design you need to do nothing. Regarding webtraffic, well I guss just read this forum - alot usefulls idea here. good luck

I like your design very much. the only thing I'd change is the color of the top bacground to a warm color like dark red and some red and orange so it'll fit a bit better.
You want an awesome idea? here it is: Send an email to ALL the submission software owners to add your directory to their list. They try to update their lists all the time and you'll get a lot of traffic through them.
I just tried to submit my site to it and I NEED TO SIGN UP???
Why would anyone want to do that? You can't allow yourself as a new directory to come with demands, it's like shooting yourself in the foot... I left your site without submitting anything.
Leave it to when you have a PR5 and above...
