i started this site a couple of months ago. i just want to know what do you think about the design..any suggestions?

Guys, I would love to hear from all of you about the sucess tactics/strategies to get more visitors/day.. So i would earn more sales/day.I appreciate all inputs or suggestions you may give..

Your design is nice, but it looks like you need some more content if you are looking to capitalize on free search engine traffic.

You need to ask yourself, "what keywords am I targeting?" Use Yahoo's search tool to get an idea for what people are searching for.

Then make sure you use those targeted phrases throughout your content. Search engines love big sites with hundreds of pages. I used to have a goal to do a page a day until I had 50 pages. As soon as my content began building up, I began submitting to some of the directories listed here.

Good site, I have one suggestion. Your nursing news is great I think you should include a how to guide to apply to other countries as a nurse. I used to work in a hospital and there are nurses out there that want to nurse in other countries and it these nurses who will most likely want to start their own agencies.
