I kind of launched a new website www.paytorefer.com I need to know if it is good for what I am doing. I mean to increase traffic on my website and even offering $5 rewards for it.

Straight off the bat, your website looks like a standard blog with a single blog entry. I actually had to concentrate on the post in order to figure out what you meant by "vote". To a user who just happens upon the site, this is too much work. You're making them think.

Suggestion: Reorganize the post. Tell a quick story of the competition, explain that the reader will need to do something in order to influence the outcome. Provide a step by step on how to do it.

Observation: Though the sign up process is a short one, many people do not like to interrupt their web browsing in order to sign up for a service they may never again use. Even for $5.

Case in point, after going to the form, I opted not to waste my time.

You need to pitch in a little more effort and explain why signing up will be beneficial to the reader and how she may use the service in the future.
