Hi all im new to this but have been trying for a long time and i can see a vast improvement from were i started , im now studying in my own time SEO and think im going in the right direction , for the keywords ive selected ...

So my Site www.TottenhamHotspurs.tv

I Havent really done much to the main page as its only been online about a week , the main part of the site is the forum so ive been working on that alot more. ( The Forum has been online just under 3 months)

For those of you that don't know what Tottenham are , they are the best football team (soccer) in the world and you should support them

P.s If you wish to see Tottenham Play just type Tottenham into Youtube there are many video's )

Hi Riverwire and welcome to the forums.

Just had a quick look at the site and I'm not much of a soccer (or is that football or footie?) fan, but the site itself is quite nice. The layout is soothing and easy on the eyes.

One thing that I'm confused about is whether it's a blog or not. It has a blog feel, but isn't quite as easy to follow. The news feed at the bottom of the page also detracts from it -- one way to bump it up a notch would be to increase the font size and blend it more consistently with the rest of the page. State that it's a news feed being pulled from various other sites, but still make it seem as though it belongs on your site.

Also, you may want to put a predominant homepage link on the forums. Right now, once you're in the forums...it's not very obvious how to get back out.

Hope that helps and nice job,
~ Teli

Hi sorry for not replying earlier , ive had trouble with hackers but all is sorted now

Thanks for the reply for one i was kind of thinking of making a seperate page for just the news feed and then treating the home page as a blog but haven't made the decision yet due to lack of time to post entry's and there's only so much a week you can write about the team..

As for the link on the forum back to the home page ,its something i completely forgot about and the next update i do will be that one

Im also going to make a download section for the club chants and pictures ...

has anyone got any ideas to pull more traffic in , im doing as much back linking as a can and posting i sports forums , im trying to keep all of my link to topic related and directorys as it seems to be working well ...

After the site being working for 2 months now at the last google update gave the forum a PR3 and the main home page got deleted because of a redirect that was on there before i done the new home page last week....so fingers crossed that too will have PR next up date ..

Any tips or hints will be great
