Looking at the page reveals a list of problems that are adversely affecting your conversion rates.
Page Design
Your page is all black with white text. While it's great to have contrast, a dark background with light text can be more difficult for people to read making it difficult for people to
focus on the content. Actually, my eyes got tired after only reading a couple paragraphs. My suggestion would be to either lighten the background (to a dark grey) and dark the text a smidge (a very light grey) if you wish to keep the dark effect. You could also just flip it, put the content on a white background with black text and simply leave the overall background black.
The Salesletter
In a sentence, you do not have one. Your page is too distracting and doesn't lead the reader to take action. If you want someone to purchase something, remove all the distractions from the page, make the page clean and easy to follow, then tell her what you want her to do.
Your Focus
You spend quite a bit of time focusing on the features instead of the benefits. Unless the reader is already looking for a specific product, she doesn't care about the features, she cares about the benefits. Tell her what it can
do for her and how it will
help her and then list the features that are included.

Audacity to me and last time I checked, Audacity is free software.
I get that you're going for a mysterious angle, but it's simply not working. You'd probably have better luck if you promoted it for exactly what it is, an ebook teaching you how to use free software to create your own subliminal messages.
