I am not an expert but "helps" should be help and "feild" should be field in your welcome msg. Maybe change the bright green to something more "woodsy" I hope I helped, like I said I am no expert.

2 quick comments:
- not sure where is hosted but it loads kind of slow
- the tag from your pages should say more, and contain some phrase or site keywords that people might be searching. Search engines put a big importance on site-titles.<br /> <br /> And an extra one:<br /> - the text on the green background below Welcome to... should be more visible, it really explains what the site is about.
