Hi going,

Have to admit your headline worked! I saw it and thought, why would anyone ask for a review if they think their site is so perfect???

I don't normally have time to look at site reviews. Got me!

Hi Going

I went through your site and I like your content I think it is great.

Personally, your site reminds me of those get rich quick sites. I don't like those types of sites. You might like to like add a bit more colour and make the site fun. A good excercise program is fun and your site should reflect that.

It is a good site, it has great information and demostration videos.

Keep the great going

Great delivery! And, what a hot niche also! Many people are always trying to lose weight. There is a great market for this. I also like the audio. Pretty clever! Furthermore, your headline was catchy! Just as many want to get rich quick, many want to lose weight quick. Awesome!

Hi going (er...going where? Sorry, bad joke.),
First thing that jumped out at me, as a consumer, was the pop up with the video. It was annoying. Not that you are annoying, but it distracted me instantly.

As a person who usually browses with various tabs open, any website that starts with noise/sound usually ends up being closed immediately if I can't get the sound to stop directly on the site.

On your site, I saw the video was part of a pop up which had a close button, but I didn't want to close it. I was actually interested in reading it, but the video was too distracting, so I closed it...however, the sound didn't end. The only way for me to get it to stop was to completely close your website. The good news is that it didn't come back when I visited again.

It's important to consider your visitors' user experience, and not necessarily your own, when you build a site.

I did, however, stay long enough to look over your content and my first question is, what do you want your visitor to do while they're there? I didn't really come across a strong call to action or intuitive navigation. Is it mainly an article website?

The actual content is great (I took some time to scan a couple articles) and I appreciated the tips that were scattered throughout. Might be nice to have all those tips collected in a single place, though, possibly a downloadable ebook -- just a thought.

Summing up, I think it's important that you define what your ultimate goal is for the site and what you want your visitors to do. Having that focus will, probably, allow you to tighten up the design for your target audience.

Hope that helps,
~ Teli

Adrian,
The site is definitely a lot better than your previous one. The continuity has improved, it's easier on the eyes, there is clear navigation, and best of all - no distracting sounds or video.

One thing that still jumps out of me is that there is no call to action - what is it that you want the visitor to do while they are at your website? If the answer is simply to read the content, then please disregard the previous statement.

The only reason I even bring it up is because, the last time I was at your website, I had the distinct impression that you were trying to market a product -- or was I off-base?

Otherwise, great job - much improved.
