It's nice and clean, navigate, but I would add more information on the home page and a smaller picture. You don't say a whole lot to keep me reading or interested or better yet, clicking into the site further. You might want to enlarge the font just a bit -- I use IE7 and it's very, very small.
And the left-hand ad rather gets lost when it fades out like that. You might want to have it fade out onclick rather than fading in. I didn't even notice it at first until I accidentally moved my mouse in that direction.
I love flash, but am not real big on it on home pages and/or splash pages as I usually don't want to waste the time, but I like the way it's used in your header here -- it adds a nice touch w/o being "too much".
Just had another thought -- what I would do (just MHO) is make the image much smaller and wrap the text around it, to the left (or right, whichever you prefer), in addition to adding a bit more information on that home page. Maybe you could get it all above the fold this way, too. Good luck! And remember, just my thoughts...not critisizing!!
