Really, REALLY nice looking site. Like the header, colors and layout.

You don't have any title tags on the homepage though and that's the most important place for them. Your internal pages have a title tag that says Apply Online Loans, but title is missing on homepage.

Didn't really have time to critique in detail, just some quick feedback.
Others will probably offer some other suggestions.

Definitely visually appealing. On my sites I try and use an alt tag on each of my images. Most search engines, incliding Google, look at the alt tags when indexing.

Absolutely amazing graphics, very professional job.

When you design a site it is very difficult to step back and look at it objectively, so you have come to the right spot to ask for advice.

The only real initial development that might be useful would be to perhaps add internal links to some of the graphics you have. I am a very visual person so when I read something I am interested in I would click it. So the 'why use us' section might be useful to direct you somewhere where you can action.

Your lead form looks a little daunting at first. Studies have shown that it helps to break up a form into around 3 pieces, try to hide and show them one at a time. Perhaps some more color as well. There are also a lot of fields, you might find a higher lead rate if you reduced the amount to the bare minimum.

Also we noticed that on the lead form it asked if we were a UK resident, are these the leads you are looking for? It may improve the quality of your leads if you noted on your homepage where you accept customers from. Then you may be able to refer them to the affiliate programs of your choice who service that market.
