If you want to get traffic to this site you should make videos showing yourself doing actual exercises and the proper form that goes along with it. I would try and put these on you tube and take out the info that allows everyone in the world to put it on their own site. With an editing program put your site name throughout the video and say the name at the start and finish of your video. If you think about all the exercises one could do and make 1-2 minute quick videos that people would actually watch then it would work well. I wouldn't film an entire hour and a half routine.
Also, this market has a good deal of videos on you tube already. What I would do, if I were launching a body building site, would be to research specific exercises for specific sports and post videos to youtube with your site link showing. For example, forearms exercises for hockey players, quad and calves for bikers and football players , and exercises for batting in baseball. If you make general videos for powerlifting and bodybuilding or just weightlifting for that matter the competition will be fierce. If you market to individuals who don't really think about strength training for their particular sport but know that it can help them (or you explain how it can help them, because it really can make a huge difference) then you will in effect be providing very unique content for a very saturated market. The success of these videos would rely on several factors , but some important ones would be correct titles and concise , sharp , short videos for each muscle. Hope that helps some.
