Only had time to scan the home page. Here's a couple of the tips I promised.

TYPING IN ALL CAPS IS CALLED SHOUTING and is in bad form. It also screams to me "newbie" and/or here comes a get rich quick, high pressure sales pitch.

Your page title is:
WORK AT HOME AND QUIT YOUR DAY JOB FOREVER!!

Not just on the title of the page but if you look up in the top of the browser, that's called the meta title - the most important part of the page as far as search engine optimization goes. That's what will most likely be listed in Google if anyone by chance sees your search listing. Most people will steer clear if it's in caps like that.

The title font is also too big causing the title to not fit in your header graphic.

The really big fonts you use lower on the page plus huge red and blue letters in caps, are typical mistakes newbies make too.

Link within your conversational copy (should have at least one above the fold) works better than banners or big fonts in caps.

So in the blue text at the top right of the page - add a link here "When I came across the Autopilot Profits System I couldn't be more impressed."

The biggest issue is what I told you in the other thread. Starting in the "make money at home" market when you are brand new is probably not a good way to go.

One of MANY examples I could give: Your main keywords in your title are "WORK AT HOME"

Here is a search on Google - WORK AT HOME - Google Search
You are competing with 225 MILLION other pages.

Most of the ones in the top 3 pages are pros and they will get most of the clicks. You're site could end up on page 320,000 where no one will be able to even see it. That isnt to say you can only market through the search engines, that's just giving you some idea of the competition.

Hope this helps!

You are VERY welcome.

I worry sometimes people will take offense but really the things I mentioned to you are very common things people do when they are new. So don't feel like the lone ranger.

So glad you'll take it in stride and act on it.
It's that attitude, more than anything that will help you be successful!

I am determined to make this work. I joined here to get honest help. I hope I don't bother you too much.

FYI, I thought some of that too but others kept telling it was fine. go figure. I like your honesty

Hey, can you tell me I was thinking maybe I should switch to something like marketing for free traffic sites or something like that. Also, i have an ebook website, do you think that would be better. thanks

Really everything Internet marketing related or make money from home or IM related ebooks I view them all the same. Too competitive and much of it is VERY scammy. Which isnt to say something you would pick would be a scam, but that's just the overall viewpoint myself and others have.

AFTER you get some experience, know how to generate traffic in a smaller niche THEN if you want to sell IM stuff and ebooks, good luck, give it a try.

I'm just saying all of that stuff is very tough as a starting point. Thousands of people start there, never make a dime and quit. I don't want that to be you!

We have many good posts about how to pick your 1st niche. I'd strongly recommend before going any further in your present direction just read these two.

There are some things you could do to improve your page. But you probably could make better use of your time doing some of the things Linda suggested.

iminganow, I don't know why anyone would tell you it is a good idea to get started with promoting anything related to "work at home" or "get rich quick." As Linda said, those are not good areas for a newbie to try to be successful.

Some people promoting this might try to make it sound as if you start trying to sell this you will have money stacked hundreds of feet into the air. Many people have dreams and they so badly want this to be true.

The tragic thing with a lot of these people is they don't want to listen to experienced people who tell them they are heading in the wrong direction. They so badly want want to believe those tall tales that they refuse to listen to the truth.

Some do listen and end up heading in the right direction. It seems as if you are a person who is willing to deal with reality and try to do things the right way in order to help insure your success. That is always a good thing to see.

We try to be helpful around here. Plus we aren't trying to sell you anything and we don't let others try to sell you anything either in the posts they make in our discussions forums. You will get helpful advise with no sales pitches. That means you will receive the truth rather than something being said by someone who wants to sell you something.

As you read some of the helpful information here in our forums, you are going to have questions. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. That is how you can learn and also a good way to help you avoid making serious mistakes.

Don't forget that it takes a while. It also takes works. It isn't as easy as some of those "get rich quick" promoters try to make it sound. Your rewards can be great if you are willing to devote yourself to doing things the right way in order to give yourself the opportunity to succeed.

Default You are absolutely right

I do know this will take work and I am willing to do it. I currently have a customer service job at home so I have time to devote to this. I think I am in the right place too, you guys have been great. I am surely going to listen to the experts and try to grow with this. This forum is by far the best one I have come across and so far the feedback has been invaluable. Again, thanks and I will take full advantage of everyones advise.

You both brought up great points in there, Linda and Larwee. One thing I would also mention - a lot of marketing gurus seem to recommend longer sales letters vs. short ones. I don't know if that's true, but the sales pitch on this site did seem kind of short to me.
