I like the layout and the colors of the site.

If you can try to rename the page the weight loss guide page, as it is called:
11 and change it to https://www.i-dietandfit.com/weight-loss-guide.html

and the healthy weight loss page is called 10
can you change it to https://www.i-dietandfit.com/healthy-weight-loss.html


I noticed that you have about 75 keywords in your meta tag on each of your pages. This is way to many keywords. Even though some of the search engines do not use the keyword meta tag, you could possibly get penalized for keyword stuffing.

Take about the top 5 - 7 keywords for each page and just use those.

I was wondering why each of your pages start with https the "s" at the end of the http usually signifies that it is a secure site. (like a place for your login info or paying online?

I like the layout, picture placement is good. The one thing I would reccomend, is take away the black lines around some of the pictures, and make the shading meld better with the background. (The shoe picture on the first page for example).
