It's not something you can control on your end. You can only pull a feed and have no settings or control. The person who sets up the feed decides on their end if they want to offer a full post (including images) or just a summary.

assuming the feed has full pictures and contents. How can I configure it to be displayed as a webpage instead of just showing the headlines (like the one you have in your signature) ?
Reposting a blog as full HTML - how you do it depends on where you do it.
That one I use a Wordpress plugin. But it will only work on WP. If you are trying to republish on Blogspot or a regular HTML site you need other software but I don't know all the options. I think one of them is Carp.
