When PingOMatic putters, sputters and times out - try Pingoat. It pings around 54 services - many more than Pingo and is fast as lighting! While you are over there, check out the all new Pingoat Google sitemap generator. It says you can create Google sitemaps for your site with one click. Pingoat can even upload the sitemap to your webserver automatically and then ping google. I was putting off trying to figure out how to do this until my new site is finished, because it sounded complicated. With Pingoat it sounds easy.
