Enable enhanced image search

This is an option in Google webmaster tools. Anyone know if it is useful to enable this feature?

i looked at it and what it appears to be doing is grabbing pictures off of websites and having people list the keywords.

i don't see how that will help you with your alt tags optimization. now google might be trying to cut down on spam there?

Yeah, my thought was it could be related to alt tags but the spam thing is definitely a possibility also.

We'll eventually find out.
