Does the bot report no privacy policy?

Does the Google bot know and report back when your site has no privacy policy,contact us, etc. Or does this take a manual review by a lame human

Are we talking for natural search results or Adwords?

For Adwords people do say that having privacy policy, contact us, etc.
does help with quality score, but I'm not sure if it's an algo, bot or human does the checking.

I am talking about natural search. I did read, as you probably did, that without the privacy, etc, when using Adwords, that google will slap you silly. But what I am I thinking here? I don't use adsense(I am pretty sure that in the Adsense TOS it says you need privacy), but for natural search, I guess.... they can ban you, if they want, if you don't have this stuff, but I don't know if they do it yet. Hmmmm.

I'm not aware of it playing into the natural search algo, I don't think it does.
It may help your conversions to have those things, but I don't think Googlebot
looks at that.
