Hidden text - Don't use them...

Well there are many techniques of so called Black Hat SEO's .... one of them being Hidden Text...

Hidden text are the text that are only read by the robots and could not be seen by the humans... This is done by using the same text color as the back ground of the page... Well this is done to increase the keyword density on the page...
Well in early times se robots could not find them but they are really very intelligent now a days... Matt Cutts a guy from google.com shows here http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/seo-ad...your-own-site/ a site that is banned for using hidden text... so dont use them..

Yep hidden text is a big no-no!
