why my site has no page rank?

my site is on 15th rank position on google.com but still it has not atleast one page rank.

Well it's hard to say not knowing what your site it.
But a couple things to keep in mind.

PR has lots to do with incoming links.
PR can take awhile to show up.
PR can be over rated.

dataentrymi, far too much importance is placed on PageRank. The real important think is where you are in the search results pages. Being 15th isn't bad.

is it also possible that you have a PR5 site and yet you don't appear on page results?

Yes, its possible! PR is not really related to SE possition. I have websites weith no PR at all, but on the top of SE results (Hunagrian) .
