I guess you could do more content and inbound links will useful for yours.

Get quality links. The only answer to PR is do link building. That's it.

Hello

Its better to get links from LOW PR but relevant to your website than High PR but completely irrelevant to your website.
The low PR site will get its way to move on high PR. So its better that way..

that is for sure Steve, but is better to have 10 links with Pr6 than to have a 1000 links with PR1 linking to your site.
