These are all great tips for titles. It's amazing how a good title can improve your SEO. Here is a website I found very helpful if you want to get even more specific on how to create effective titles: Article Title SEO Tips | Perfect Headline For Search Engine Traffic

Good article. It's true that people put so much content into something but overlook the importance of a good title. A few good words are worth more then a million.

Excellent post.

You might consider adding "How To..." to the list of title starters...if your niche has specific needs that you can address (most every niche does).

Default Secrets to More Clicks on Ads and Articles

This is very helpful for me, as I seem to be having a lot of trouble writing good ad copy. It's definitely something to consider.

Joseph Ratliff made a good point. The "How To" is a great tool. Example : How to explode your sales by learning to write good titles. Now, there are still parts that I did not include in the origional post, and that is combining the different "triggers" in one title, this makes them even more effective. You could use the example above for this with small changes or additions.

How to explode your sales by learning to write good titles, And it is so simple that a 3rd grader could do it.

The top 3 ways to _______ your ___________ overnight! Hint: it's not what you think!

on the "Hint:" you could use something like this , What you read may suprise you! You would never guess this! Even the Gurus would be suprised by this! ect...

You can change any of them up to fit your needs, and you can break down or combine any 2 or 3 triggers to get better clickthroughs.

The key here is to use your imagination.
