Default Insider Secrets To Massive Clicks On Your Ads And Articles

I would be willing to bet that you were expecting fireworks to go off, the sky to light up and a moment of elightenment to shine down on you from heaven when you opened this thread.

I know this because of the psychological aspects of headlines on the readers online. You may have thought that it was a load of hype, or you may have truely believed that you will get the second of clarity that opened up the gates of cashflow online for your marketing campaign.

Well, I am here to tell you that your ability to write effective Titles may be the 1 factor that can make a 2000% difference in your conversions instantly.

You may believe this to be hype, but what I am teaching you here can work in SEO, Article marketing, Adwords and Web 2.0 on a scale that you never thought possible.

The main factor in getting a surfer to click your ad is to create a mood of curiosity that will not let the mind pass the title by and there are several ways to do this in a title and we are going to cover some of the basics here today.

1. Questions: Asking a question that is left open drives the human brain to clicks so effectivley that it is a main method that i use when writing effective titles. An open question may read something like this: Are you losing money from a lack of marketing knowledge? Or: Are you making these mistakes in your adwords campaigns? The question title is just too much to bear for most web surfers and you get the click.

2. Creating Doubt: This is also a great way to get the click. There is a thread that i posted here in the SEO forum that is now a sticky. If you look, it is one of the most trafficed threads on this forum and has only been here for a few short months, and it is nothing more than creating doubt in the mind of the reader. Here is the thread and title: Duplicate Content: It’s Not What You Think!
I know that you may argue that the content and information may be the reason for the amount of traffic on this thread, but i will prove to you that this is false.
When the thread was started there were some good reviews, but the subject matter extended 6 pages deep to date to completely answer most of the questions relating to the post, so it was not the origional post content that caused the clicks because you could not see the content without clicking.
The secret of the amount of clicks was in the title of the thread. The part of the title that created the clicks was "It’s Not What You Think! "

this created doubt in the minds of the readers, pure and simple.

3. Using a numbers list: Here is an example: "5 Amazing but simple tips that can increase your income 3000% overnight." This method works because you are using simplicity to sell an idea or program. It has the appearance of making domination as simple as 1-2-3. This is a very effective method to get clicks.

4. Gross reassurance: How many times have you seen a headline like this? : "Make 5 k in as little as 1 week, and it is so simple that a child can do it."

What is it about this title that would make a person click? It is only one portion that makes it work, can you guess what it is? Here is the click part of the headline, and you may be suprised by what part it is. It is the: "and it is so simple that a child can do it."

People expect something that works to be hard and human nature tells us "NO" all day long everyday. this part tells everyone that it is simple and that anyone(they) can do it without pain or embarassment. I mean, it is so simple a child could do it, this means i should be able to do it also, right?

Are you starting to get the picture? Titles are one of the most important tools you can use in online marketing, no matter what methods or combo's you use to market.
Get the traffic into your content with the click and then you have a chance to use your content to sell your product, service or idea. Until you get that click, no amount of content , or even the best product or service in the world has a chance to sell without first getting the surfer to click into your site.

I would suggest you do a search for "free headline templates" and learning how to write titles and headlines that get the clicks.

Hope this helps,

Jim

Post Using effective titles

The article showed the importance of using effective titles. An interesting title draws more attention and people judge the content just by the titles. Thanks for the tips on how to write attractive titles.
