Could you tell me how to make seo friendly menu?

Just keep it simple. Use an unordered list menu styled with CSS. There will be no problems with indexers parsing it. Avoid Javascript and Flash menus and you should be Ok!

Take a look at Listomatic or some of the menu examples at Dynamic Drive.
