I'm pretty excited watching this little mini empire grow. With all the traveling I'd been doing the past weeks I didn't start adding my sites until 29 Aug. To date about 75% of them have already been indexed by MSN (who seems to devour these pages). I got a handful of sites indexed in Google already using the blogger.com method but that takes a lot more time to set up. The best example of a site I spent extra time on is http://www.adsensetipster.com. Pageviews and above all unique visitors are steadily climbing.

More to come.

One more example of personal training site I'm developing for Erica gaining PR on WhyPark before it's launched. http://www.ericarobertiello.com/

Well Phase I one of this WhyPark experiment is complete. I've uploaded 80 domains onto the WhyPark platform. Below you'll see the visitors and page views these sites have generated so far. I'm assuming the page view spikes are search engine bots from the sitemaps I've submitted.

For Phase II I'll make posts on my Free Advertising Blog to get these sites indexed faster by Google and Yahoo! to see what happens. Once Google picks up these sites and indexes their pages I will let you know how well these sites do for Google Adsense performance through the custom channel I set up.

What I also like about the WhyPark service is the free one-way backlinks you can give to your main web sites. You can add multiple anchor text link ads on these sites to aid in some deep linking. Once these sites start generating PR these backlinks could greatly affect your link popularity. We shall see.

For $95 though so far I feel it's been money well spent since it's a one-time payment.

Wow StephenR, this is turning into a thing of beauty.

With 80 domains indexed, and that was over about a 2-3 week period of time right ... how many are showing any PR at this point?

Nice blog too! Looks pretty new with no PR yet. Google's spidering it though yes?! That should be one busy blog very soon!

I hear what you're saying about those deep backlinks. Did you add those backlinks already while the domains are at 0PR or will you add those backlinks once the domains start to gain PR?

Oh, one more question ... how did you put sitemaps on those parked domains? That's pure genius my friend!

Hey there Bobbie!

1. Actually I only started this little experiment on 29 Aug. I was pretty busy with some other stuff and was also visiting/working in NYC so I had to wait until I got back home.

2. Yes, the blog is new. I did have a nice multi-blog on my site that held solid PR. Unfortunately, my migration from B2 Evolution over to Worpress was a disaster and I lost all of my posts from about 2 years worth. Bummer. However, I do have all my old links redirected to the new blog. It shouldn't be too long before this blog picks up some nice PR.

3. These sites are brand new and all but a few carry PR. The ones that do carry any PR are the domains I had previously parked on www.Afternic.com, a popular domain aftermarket site. In my opinion it doesn't hurt anything by linking out to/from a PR 0 site as long as it's relevant. It just gives the search engines another reference for your site.

4. Well...I'd like to think of myself as a genius but WhyPark generates the sitemaps for you. All you have to do is add them to your Google database. Whypark also allows you to input the meta tag verification system Google uses so you can verify each of your sites. This takes some time but is highly beneficial for obvious reasons/

More to come

Default New Feature

NEW - Custom Pages. Now, you can add your own custom pages of content in pre-formatted or HTML format on all of your sites hosted at WhyPark. Very cool.

I was in contact with the owner and they will also be adding Google Analytics functionality as well in the near future. Still pressuring them to allow for RSS feed uploads....that would put the icing on the cake!

*Update - These guys listen. I asked them to add a Google Analytics box and now there's one. Right on!

Default GhostWriterJobs.com

Here's another example of a pay per lead site I set up to promote a freelance writing affiliate program via Adwords. Just wanted to show another example of how you can monetize these sites.

The sites have been up since Aug 29 so it's been exactly 1 month...not long. While most of them have already been indexed there are a few stragglers.

Sending traffic to these sites is something I'm focusing on doing now...just need to dedicate some time to it as I'm busy with more serious projects. With 82 sites it takes a little bit of time to promote them the right way without embracing BlackHat SEO methods.

Since their launch I've generated 1,814 Google counted pageviews (WhyPark says 42,437), which has earned me $19.30 in Adsense Profits with a 4.41% CTR, $187.32 in ClickBank profits and $41.32 in CJ commissions.

For my one-time investment of $99.95 I can hardly complain. My natural traffic numbers will only grow and once I get my rear in gear and launch my Blogger campaign full scale I'm almost positive these sites will produce a minimum of $5.00/day....just need the time to set it up....or an assistant!

New Update 02 Oct: Just got done talking to Craig at WhyPark and they're now working on the RSS integration. That will enable you to keep your page constantly updated, prompting frequent search engine indexing. Cool! =)
