Please though, don't use a bot to add friends... it's so easy to see through those fake profiles, and is up there in annoyance with spamming and adware!

They might be easy to see through but they work and work extremely well For the past three months I have been making more from MySpace than all my other endeavours put together.
Send a bulletin out promoting the right product and the uptake can be excellent.
And I dont mean promoting porn or ringtones or giveaway cellphones ect. Those are done to death and probably rarely convert.
MySpace has evolved over the past 6 months from a teen hangout and is becoming very family orientated. Families are using it as a means of communicating with each other. I am noticing an increasing number of new friends to my account are in an older age group. 30 and 40+ are becoming very common.
Three months ago there were under 100 million members, I notice today that there are now over 140 million, and it will rise considerably after Christmas when all those people with new computers get online.
Thats an awfull lot of people to market to.
