It is beta and it is free. Adobe will work on improving the free Photoshop Express while it is in beta. They will later have a subscription service with additional features and storage.
It will work with any browser that supports Flash and the latest version of Flash 9. It works on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.
It is for organizing, editing, sharing, and community. Photoshop Express integrates with Facebook, Photobucket, and Picasa.
Images can only be in JPEG format with a limit of 10MB per image. Each account has a limit of 2GB of total storage.
At the present time the beta is only available in English and to users in the United States. Online printing options aren't available. There is a feedback on every screen for you to suggest additional features.
