Go Daddy threw a Christmas party at a cost of more than two million dollars. Godaddy.com might be wondering about the recession. The big party was a celebration of having their best year ever.
The party was held at Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona. Go Daddy even flew in all of its out-of-state employees and their guests.
I can see celebrating, but that's overly extravagant I think. Even if it's the company's biggest year ever, I think it's prudent to hang onto your cash.
They could have had a bang up party for 1/2 million and banked 1.5 Million or give it to people who have lost their homes in this crisis or something. Blowing that much on a party in this economy just seems irresponsible somehow.

whoaaa... throwing money to the wind...while there s crisis all over ...acute cholera situation in Zimbawe....well why talk about ROTW ...so many jobless in the US...talk about a party like this ? Sacrilege.
If they managed to achieve much and can afford such a party, why not then!
2 Samanta: and what if they don't care about everything u have mentioned. It's not their business.(I mean Zimbawe and jobless). If they aren't willing to help it's their choice and I would not criticize them
