Default Social networking for mature people

Using the term "mature people" probably sounds better than saying "older people."

Whatever words you use to describe this group, social networking can provide a way to get away from work, other things that are part of daily life or to enrich your retirement lifestyle.

MySpace tends to attract a younger group of people, which isn't to say that all MySpace users are in that group, but more are than aren't. MySpace gets a lot of attention and is rather well known.

If you are older than the typical MySpace user, you may have an interest in social networking but want something that would more likely be aimed towards you.

I decided to mention this in case there are any people reading this who might have an interest in something such as this. If so, Eons might be the answer for you. If you want to check it out and see if it is of any interest to you, here is a link to it Eons: Lovin' life on the flip side...

The Chief Executive Officer of Eons is Jeff Taylor. He is famous for being the founder of monster.com. Eons had 32 million dollars in funding.

A few weeks ago Eons had 72 employees. Some were saying Eons was "over-funded and under-developed." Eons recently had a big layoff of 24 employees, bringing them down to 48. Eons has put a positive spin on it by saying this will allow them to concentrate on the best projects and be more effective. Time will tell.

If you have never visited Eons, if it has been a while since you visited or if you think you might be interested in Eons here is the link Eons: Lovin' life on the flip side of 50
