Most of us have a favorite HTML editor. Some are like me and try a lot of different ones. Others find one they like and just stick with it.
Even if you have a favorite, you might see others mentioned here, give them a try and end up finding one you like more than the one that is now your favorite.
With a little luck, some 5 Star members will post their favorite(s) and you might want to try one that you haven't used before.
my favorite? notepad.... (serious!) I like to code the old style way, if it is less messy? I don't know, but I'm used to it (if not I would use Crimson I guess, but haven't tried for long though)
I use notepad at times as well on some small projects, just for the fun of it. But I use the first three that I mentioned in my original post on a regular basis. In a way they give me the feel of notepad, just with a little extra that helps make things go more smoothly.
Well I'm a WYSIWYG kind a gurl! I'm using DreamWeaver right now. Not wild about it, but it's fairly easy.

I like and use frontpage 2003, and have recently being "playing" with Xsite pro. What I prefer about xsite pro is the ease of integrating adsense and affiliate pages and link, but other than that Im a hard core fp 03 user
I use Namo a wysiwyg which nobody seems to have heard of. From what I can tell it's easier than Dreamweaver and FP plus costs less. Notepad is getting more and more use by me these days too.
