3D Browser - 3D Search - 3D YouTube (FANTASTIC)

Some of you know that I have a big interest in browsers and search engines. To call this a browser isn't doing justice to it. I've been using this and it made me feel like a little kid at Christmas playing with his favorite new toy.

I have no way of knowing, but I wouldn't be surprised if the people from Google are already planning to buy this company.

I thought I would say a few things about this and maybe some of you will be as excited about it as I am. I might turn out to be the only person who likes it.

You will need DSL or cable modem for this. It is also resource hungry, so not everyone will be able to use this. Right now it is only available for Windows, but there are plans for a Mac version in the future.

There is a demonstration that can tell you more about this than words ever possibly could.

You can zoom in, zoom out, shuffle between pages or pan a page.

You will have 3D Tabbed Browsing, 3D Search, 3D eBay Search.

There is a lot more. I've just listed some of the features.

It is called Space Time 3D. It is beta. You can go to their site and get more details - complete with demonstrations and an opportunity to give it a try.

SpaceTime is in part a novelty item that helps to give a fun experience. They are working on it and adding new features, so it will likely improve in the future. Possibly at some point in the future there will be a lot more interest in 3D than there is at the present time.

Since most people probably have never seen a 3D browser, they might think that SpaceTime is the first one. Actually they are not. I remember one from about 3 years ago called SpaceBrowser. It didn't become a big hit.

I am more impressed with SpaceTime than I was with SpaceBrowser and it looks as if SpaceTime wants to do everything they can to make this to be more than just a novelty item.
